Rapper and Lyrical expert Ghetts tells Cerys about his Southbank take over and Newcastle based musician Martha Hill performs live in the studio.

This year Ghetts is the co-curator of the London Literature Festival and will be taking over the Southbank Centre for a whole weekend which will see him bring rap to the big stage, performing one off show at the Royal Festival Hall.

Martha Hill performs music from her new album Football Heid live in the studio as well as cover of Nico's These Days. Regular listeners will be familiar with her 2020 track Landslide and more recently the single Football!

Plus chef and cookbook author Tasha Marikkar shares a Sri Lankan Pumpkin Curry recipe which has inspired Cerys to compile a playlist of calabash and squash related tracks to get us ready for the changing of the clocks next weekend.

All of this is nestled amongst Cerys' carefully picked eclectic playlist, featuring music from around the globe, eras and genres to delight your ears on a Sunday morning. With tracks from David Bowie, The Skatalites and Nina Simone.
