Mark McKowski (The Lost Brothers; The Basement) and Nick Power (The Coral) in session.

Mark McKowski & Nick Power struck up a friendship over 20 years ago when their bands (The Basement & The Coral respectively) were both signed to the Deltasonic label in Liverpool. Over the years, they kept in touch and began sending each other song ideas, culminating in the release of a brand new album called 鈥淭HROAT鈥� which feels much more like the soundtrack to a folk-horror film, yet to be made. In actual fact, that film will be made! Plans are in place to begin filming later this year. This is also the first time (that we know of!) that a soup-can microphone has been used in one of our live studio sessions.
