Liam Fray from Courteeners chooses his Tracks Of My Years

Courteeners frontman Liam Fray chooses his Tracks Of My Years this week. Plus there's another round of Ten To The Top.

Best known as the frontman of indie rock band Courteeners, Liam Fray chooses his Tracks Of My Years this week.

Courteeners formed in 2006 and since then, all six of their albums have reached the Top 10 on the UK albums chart. Their debut album 'St Jude' reached number one in 2023 - 15 years after its original release - after the band dropped an anniversary edition. That was a record for the longest time between release and charting at the top spot – 14 years, 9 months and 13 days.

They're back now with new single 'Pink Cactus Cafe', the title single from their upcoming album which is out on 25th October. Liam has co-produced all of the tracks and it features contributions from friends of the band such as DMAs, Brooke Combe, James and Ian Skelly (The Coral).

Plus Vernon has the mid-morning music quiz Ten To The Top, a trip in to the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Archive with Vernon's Vault, and the Record and Album Of The Week
