James Bay plays a Sofa Session for Jo, including songs from his new album Changes All The Time and a previously unheard cover.
Changes All The Time is singer-songwriter James Bay's fourth album. It features singles Up All Night (with The Lumineers and Noah Kahan) and Easy Distraction, co-written with The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers. Since releasing his debut and #1 album Chaos and the Calm in 2015, James Bay has been nominated for several BRIT awards and Grammy awards, he won the BRIT for British Male Solo Artist and also won an Ivor Novello.
To celebrate the release of his fourth album, and ahead of a UK tour in 2025, James joins Jo live at the legendary Maida Vale studios!
