Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh share Sunday cooking inspiration from their new cookbook Comfort Food. Exploring the 鈥榝our hungries鈥�- the book delves into their memories, childhoods, and travels with what comfort food means to them. They also share their music favourites with Cerys, including selections by Stevie Wonder and Vladimir Cosma.

Plus Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis stops by to chat about his love for the late Tony Allen's drumming and how their collaboration sparked the project Yannis + The Yaw! Their 5 track EP, Lagos Paris London was released on 30th August via Transgressive Records and came about after Yannis was offered a two day session with Tony.

Cerys also provides selections by Dogo Du Togo, Dorothy Williams and has first radio plays from Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Willie Watson.
