The World Health Organisation says Israel has agreed to "humanitarian pauses" in Gaza in order to allow the administration of polio vaccines to more than 600,000 children. The agreement comes days after UN officials said a 10-month-old baby had been partially paralysed after contracting Gaza鈥檚 first case of polio for 25 years.
