Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is the latest film in the iconic Mad Max franchise. Starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth, the film is a prequel to 2015's Mad Max: Fury Road — and just like previous instalments in the franchise, it's packed to the brim with action!
Young Woman and the Sea tells the story of competitive swimmer Trudy Ederle, who in 1926 was the first woman to ever swim across the English Channel. Stars Daisey Ridley with supporting roles from Stephen Graham, Kim Bodnia and Christopher Eccleston.
A new horror film by Kiah Roache-Turner, Sting follows a young girl who secretly raises a spider as a pet — only to watch it turn into a giant monster.
And Hit Man is a rom-com action film directed by Richard Linklater (Dazed and Confused, School of Rock) and co-written by him and star Glen Powell. Loosely based on a true story, a part-time police officer in New Orleans goes undercover as a hitman, only to fall for someone along the way...
Also, this week's Vinyl Revival is Doolittle by Pixies, their second album released in 1989. The record is one of the most praised in 80s alternative music, and is often cited as a major influence for 90s grunge bands like Nirvana. As Doolittle celebrates its 30th anniversary, we look back at its legacy and your memories of listening to it.
