Lucy Rose plays a Sofa Session for Jo, including songs from her new album This Ain't The Way You Go Out and a previously unheard cover.

Released on 19th April, This Ain鈥檛 The Way You Go Out is the fifth album by Lucy Rose. It was written after Lucy gave birth to her son and started experiencing agonising back pain 鈥� she was diagnosed with pregnancy-induced osteoporosis, which causes weak bones. As a result, the songs on the record deal with grief and despair, but also hope and joy. Written mainly on piano and recorded at Paul Weller鈥檚 studios, This Ain鈥檛 The Way We Go Out is a new sound for Lucy.

To celebrate the release of the album, and ahead of her one live date at London鈥檚 Roundhouse, Lucy Rose joins Jo live at the legendary Maida Vale Studios.
