Gary Davies sits in and fitness coach Joe Wicks chooses his Tracks Of My Years.

Starting out as a teaching assistant before becoming a personal trainer, Joe began to post fitness content on his Instagram and YouTube channels in 2014, quickly gaining in popularity. He has since reached over 4.5 million Instagram followers, had over 282 million views on his YouTube channel and published multiple cookbooks to help people eat healthier.

Joe became known across the UK during the pandemic when he started his ‘P.E with Joe’ live streams on YouTube, aimed at keeping children fit whilst schools were closed. He continued these streams for almost an entire year and was awarded an MBE in the Birthday Honours of 2020 for his work. In the same year, Joe did his 24 Hour PE Challenge for Radio 2 and ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Children in Need, raising over £1.8 million for Children in Need.

Joe’s new book, ‘Fitter, Healthier, Happier!: Your guide to a healthy body and mind’ is out now. Aimed at 7-11 year olds, it aims to help children learn the importance of exercise, nutrition, sleep and a calm mind.

Plus De Ja Woo, a new Record and Album Of The Week, and the mid-morning music quiz, Ten To The Top.
