With his band Cockney Rebel he helped shape British art rock coming out of the Glam scene of the 70s, and Billy looks over his incredible career with interviews he conducted with Harley over the years, including a rare recording of him singing in Phantom of The Opera before losing out to Michael Crawford at the last minute.
