For the Radio 2 Culture Club, Jo chats to movie critic James King about his film choices you won鈥檛 want to miss. This week, he covers The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, Ronnie O鈥橲ullivan: The Edge of Everything and Saltburn.

A prequel to the previously released Hunger Games films, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes tells the story of 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow years before he becomes the tyrannical President of Panem, whilst he is mentoring the District 12 tribute for the tenth Hunger Games.

Saltburn is a psychological thriller written, directed and produced by Emerald Fennell and starring Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi, Rosamund Pike and Richard E. Grant. Oliver Quick is a lonely misfit university student who finds himself drawn into the world of his charming and aristocratic classmate Felix Catton for a summer never to be forgotten.

Filmed in 2021, Ronnie O鈥橲ullivan: The Edge of Everything follows the world's best snooker player whilst he鈥檚 on the verge of winning his seventh world title, capturing everything from his personal life to the pressures of competitive sport.
