'Best not to do what I did,' Sean says to Conor, who's flying to Australia. 'Do as I advise instead'.

I have some advice," Sean says, "for Conor who's heading to Australia. Because you have a 23 hour flight ahead of you. Don't do what I, and Gerry Anderson and Michael Bradley the Undertone, did... We were in London the night before we were to fly out to Australia on the way to Melbourne. And we were very naughty, let me tell you, on the night before! And then we had to get up early and sit on an aeroplane for 24 hours. I'll tell you, we were some sight when we got off. So get to your bed early Conor."
