Vaughan Williams's Fifth Symphony

The Ulster Orchestra plays Vaughan Williams's uplifting Fifth Symphony, and Rachel Podger plays Mozart with the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ National Orchestra of Wales.

Ian Skelly presents concert performances from across Europe and from the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ performing groups, this week featuring the Ulster Orchestra every day at 3pm. Today, the orchestra performs Vaughan Williams's Symphony No.5. Plus, Rachel Podger is the soloist in Mozart's Violin Concerto No.1 with the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ National Orchestra of Wales, George Walker in Frankfurt, and highlights of a concert collaboration in Denmark between Nordic folk trio Dreamer's Circus and the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra.
