With Radio 2 In The Park just a few days away, Jo is live from Leicester! She is joined by 成人快手 Introducing expert Dean Jackson to chat about some of the great new music coming out of Leicestershire, and local artists Sekou and Ffion Rebecca perform live.

Dean Jackson has been involved in 成人快手 Introducing from the very beginning. Having supported artists such as Ed Sheeran, Jake Bugg and Holly Humberstone, his shows have repeatedly shone light on local talent that deserves to go further. Last year 成人快手 Introducing celebrated it鈥檚 15th anniversary, and Dean hosted the celebration show, live from all 39 local stations simultaneously!

Drawing on influences such as Ella Fitzgerald, Adele and Billie Eilish, Ffion Rebecca has sung all across the UK including at festivals such as Camp Bestival. Following the release of her latest single Wandering Minds earlier this year, Ffion joins Jo live in Leicester for a very special acoustic performance.

Born and raised just outside of Leicester, 18 year old Sekou has already created waves in the music industry. His fan club includes Arlo Parks, Bruno Mars and Lewis Capaldi to name a few, and his performance on the 成人快手 Introducing stage at Glastonbury last year was stunning. Following the release of his debut EP Out Of Mind over the summer, Sekou joins Jo live in Leicester for a stunning session.
