Birdy plays a Sofa Session for Jo, including tracks from her upcoming album Portraits and a previously unheard cover.

Birdy first rose to fame in 2008 at the age of 12, when she won the music competition Open Mic UK. Following her breakthrough debut single (a cover of Bon Iver鈥檚 Skinny Love), Birdy released four albums, three of which made the top ten in the UK album charts.

Birdy鈥檚 fifth album Portraits is due out 18th August, and the first single, Raincatchers, was an Infatuation of Jo鈥檚 back in March.

Birdy joins Jo live from the 成人快手 Maida Vale studios to play her brand new single, as well as a previously unheard cover.
