Edinburgh International Book Festival launch, jazz sessions, Leyla Josephine

Michelle McManus hears about the Edinburgh Book Festival launch, plus live jazz tracks from Seonaid Aitkin and Mama Terra.

Michelle catches up with Nick Barley after the launch of the Edinburgh International Book Festival programme, his final one.

Seonaid Aitkin performs on the programme ahead of her appearance at the Glasgow Jazz Festival, which will see performers from Iceland and Nigeria. Plus more live jazz from Mama Terra, who'll be sharing new tracks in anticipation of the international gathering.

New film The Flash, the latest superhero blockbuster in the DC universe has been catching people's attention onscreen and off. Film critic Ross MacLean sheds some light and shares his thoughts on the new superhero movie.

And in our spotlight feature, Leyla Josephine shares some poetry and looks ahead to her gig at The Poetry Club.
