Adele Roberts sits in for Spoony to serve up a non-stop party of joyful dance floor fillers and brilliant beats to make you feel good. From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical R'n'B to awe-inspiring remixes, The show's music manifesto is simple: if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in.
