NHS staff across Scotland have reported almost 100,000 incidents of violence and harassment over the last five years.
Meanwhile the Scottish Conservatives have described the level of violence in Scotland's schools is a "national crisis". They're urging the government to establish a special School Violence Working Group to tackle the issue, and to promote acceptable classroom behaviour.
Yesterday we heard Check in staff at Glasgow Airport are being subjected to increasing levels of abuse - according to the GMB Union – members say they’ve suffered either verbal abuse, spitting or - in the most serious case - physical abuse.
