Cerys handpicks you three hours of eclectic tracks to keep your Sunday on the right tracks. Plus Nabihah Iqbal's shares her guide to this year's Brighton Festival.

Nabihah Iqbal is a musician, DJ, producer and broadcaster from London. She is the guest director of this year's Brighton Festival, bringing together artists and thinkers whose work she admires to culminate in a celebration of creativity, ideas and community. Nabihah has performed extensively, including at Tate Modern, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Barbican and London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.   She has collaborated with Chinese artist Zhang Ding; photographer Wolfgang Tillmans; composed music for the Turner Prize; and been part of a group performance at the Barbican’s major Jean-Michel Basquiat retrospective.

Plus Australian chef and food writer of Chinese-Indonesian heritage Lara Lee shares recipe inspiration from her new book A Splash of Soy, and Cerys has a very special poem to share, penned by Jon Edwards.

Each week Cerys brings you her new favourite records nestled alongside some vintage gems and music from around the globe, to soundtrack your perfect Sunday morning, no genre is of limits! With tracks form N'famady Kouyate, J.J Cale, Thundercat and an bonus session track from Rokia Kone.
