Possessing laughing gas is to be made a criminal offence for the first time. It's part of a crackdown on anti-social behaviour announced by prime minister Rishi Sunak today. Other measures include a pilot to increase police presence in problem areas such as public transport, high streets and parks in South Wales. So is anti-social behaviour a problem where you live?
