Mother’s day, the Peace Proms and a unique musical

Poetry and a unique interview for mother’s day, an historical musical and learning about the Peace Proms.

Rab is a fly on the wall for Peace Proms – a huge orchestral event that’s gone from the SSE in Belfast to Carnegie Hall. Jonny hears about a unique musical that jumps across centuries and continents. Carla has an interview to remember – with her mother! And Willie meets a young lady who wrote a poem in Ulster Scots despite being from Yorkshire!
As always, listeners are invited to contact the programme with a good Ulster-Scots yarn or event to talk about. The easiest way to do that is by email - kintra@bbc.co.uk.
