"Can you think of a song to mark the start of Lent?" asks Gerard in Belfast.

"Leave that with me," Sean says. "But what I really don't understand is why TV programmes get people in to show you how to make pancakes! What's that all about? Every year they have someone in to tell you how to make pancakes! You would think you need nothing else. Go out and buy them!"

"I was in the garden cleaning up," says Davy in Bangor, "and my radio reception isn't great. But did I hear you say you don't know how to make pancakes?"

Davy goes on to give the recipe.

"No, no, no, no no!" Sean says. "I know the recipe! I know how to make pancakes. You can buy them in any good shop. Six to the packet."
