Aimee Fuller

Jason Mohammad meets Aimee Fuller, two-time Olympian and broadcaster, to chat about her book Fear Less, Live More, an honest account of her experience with fear and overcoming.

Jason Mohammad presents heart-warming stories about life, love and modern spirituality, alongside a great soundtrack for your Sunday morning.

His guest this morning is two-time Olympian and broadcaster Aimee Fuller, a former professional snowboarder who made history as the first woman to land a double backflip in competition and competed in two Winter Olympics. She tells Jason about her book Fear Less, Live More, an honest account of her experience with fear and how, when the worst happens, she manages to pick herself up again with an even greater thirst for life.

Also, one of the UK's best-known dementia campaigners, Wendy Mitchell, tells Jason about her new book, What I Wish People Knew About Dementia, in which she explores six key areas of change following her own diagnosis – including senses, relationships, emotions, environment, communication and attitude, to offer an insider's guide to living with dementia, as well as practical tips on adapting to change. In the eight years since Wendy’s life-changing diagnosis with young-onset dementia at the age of 58, the former NHS worker has written two Sunday Times bestselling books.
