Jo plays her first pick from this week鈥檚 Vinyl Revival - The Strokes' 2001 debut album Is This It. There鈥檚 also new music from all genres of the musical spectrum, and quality vintage songs too.

Founded in 1998 by Juilian Sasablancas, Nick Valensi and Fabrizio Moretti, the Strokes are seen as one of the frontrunners of the indie rock revival. They first gained attention with their 2001 EP The Modern Age, and their debut album Is This It was released later the same year. Featuring hits Hard to Explain, Last Nite and Someday, Is This It was in 2009 named by NME as the greatest album of the noughties.
