Hypnotherapist and broadcaster Paul McKenna will be telling Kate about his new book, Freedom From Anxiety, and his upcoming Instant Confidence UK tour in March. Paul McKenna has sold more than 12 million self-help books, having begun training in hypnotism while working in radio broadcasting.
Grammy-nominee and former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton also joins Kate to chat about The Bodyguard UK & Ireland tour, in which she is appearing. She also discusses growing up singing gospel songs at school (and at one point even considering a life of devotion to God), to becoming the youngest member in a globally successful girl group. Throughout her rise to stardom, Melody has remained true to her Christian faith.
Karen Gibson of The Kingdom Choir also pops by to talk about their new single, Not Giving Up, ahead of their North America extensive tour in February.
