Clark in Belfast wonders about the old saying that means your grannie is no fool.
"Afternoon, Coylsie," says Clark in Belfast.
"Afternoon, Clark," says Sean.
"Hope you and the gang are well. Where does the saying come from, 'You can't teach your grannie to suck eggs?'"
"I don't know."
"I know when to say it," says Clark, "and I know exactly what it means, that your grannie is no fool. But why were all grannies sucking eggs? And do they still suck eggs today?"
