Orbury Common is a project led by Bristol and Stroud-based musicians Josh Day-Jones and Emlyn Bainbridge. Their otherworldly music is at once pastoral and harshly technological, bringing together manipulated samples, often folkloric or historic in their origin, with others put together initially across a collection of synths, samplers, drum machines and guitars. Their new release, 'The Traditional Dance of Orbury Common', out now on PRAH Recordings.
