The daughter of an elderly Derry woman with Alzheimers calls for community groups involved in the temporary care of vulnerable adults to be regulated by health authorities. The woman spoke out after her mother was left at the wrong house after attending a social programme for people with dementia run by the Old Library Trust. The Old Library Trust said the incident was down to genuine human error and it had apologised.
