The rising cost of energy has lead to many venues having to put up prices for admission and drinks, but even then they're struggling to cover their costs. Mark Davyd, who runs the Music Venue Trust, recently told The guardian that 50 to 100 members of his network are facing a 鈥渇rankly imminent crisis鈥� 鈥� one that is even more threatening than the pandemic and is "likely to close more music venues than Covid,鈥�
