Mark and Euan broadcast live from the 成人快手鈥檚 festivals site at St James Quarter in the heart of Edinburgh in front of an enthusiastic early morning audience!

They are joined by a host of guests including broadcaster, author and all-round man of the hills Cameron McNeish who chats about his latest book and earlier life and career.

Also appearing in the Spiegeltent is Anna Neubert-Wood, founder of WanderWomen, which encourages groups of women to connect with nature through a combination of survival skills and mindfulness.

MasterChef finalist Sarah Rankin is in charge of breakfast, whipping up some potato rosti and telling Mark and Euan about her passion for the outdoors which started with childhood summer holidays.

And giving us the lowdown on the history of Edinburgh鈥檚 St James Quarter, the location of our broadcast, is blue badge tour guide Fraser Parkinson.
