Writer, rapper and activist Darren McGarvey tells Janice about his new book, The Social Distance, his follow-up to the Orwell Prize winning Poverty Safari.

Saints and Sinners is a new book exploring the punk scene in Paisley and Glasgow through previously unpublished photographs, Janice speaks to its author Chris Brickley.

The new Afternoon Show Single of the Week is Nowhere Town by Bandit.

Janice hears about Human Threads, an exhibition at Glasgow's Tramway, made with and for adults with multiple and profound learning disabilities.
