Anne Trulove is to marry Tom Rakewell, but their plans are thwarted by the mysterious stranger Nick Shadow, who takes Tom under his diabolical wing. Featuring magical bread machines, and a bearded lady, things don't go to plan for Anne. Ben Bliss sings Tom, with Golda Schultz as his virtuous Anne, while Susanna M盲lkki conducts Stravinsky's neoclassical tale of love, self-delusion and madness.
