Gary Raymond and guests cast a critical eye on the Welsh arts scene. This month Gary is joined by academic and critic Dr Michelle Deininger and writer and broadcaster Charles Williams.

They discuss Brothers in Dance, a new 成人快手 Wales/成人快手4 documentary on Swansea dancers and choreographers Anthony and Kel Metsana and their powerful creative response to the Black Lives Matter movement.

The panel give their views on Y Golau/The Light in the Hall - a Welsh language psychological thriller starring Alexander Roach as a journalist haunted by the murder of her best friend in childhood. A co-production between S4C and Channel 4, the drama also features Game of Thrones star Iwan Rhaeon and Bafta-winner Joanna Scanlan in her first Welsh language role.

Gary and guests explore a major new short story anthology from Parthian Books. The Queer Square Mile: Short Stories from Wales brings together classics of the form, overlooked gems and brand new stories from contemporary writers. Edited by Kirsti Bohata, Mihangel Morgan and Huw Osborne, it's a sprawling exploration of queer experiences examined through the medium of short fiction.

And they listen to Backhand Deals, the debut album from Cardiff band Buzzard, Buzzard, Buzzard. who combine a glam rock retro sound with provocative lyrics on modern themes.
