Katie Piper sits in for Dr Rangan Chatterjee and presents Radio 2鈥檚 health and wellbeing show.

Her guest is meteorologist Laura Tobin, who presents the weather forecast on ITV's Good Morning Britain. Laura became a keen environmentalist after a life-changing trip to Svalbard in Norway. There she observed the effects of climate change first hand. As a way of combatting her own climate anxiety she has written a book called Everyday Ways to Save Our Planet. She shares advice with Katie on how we can all reduce our climate impact. Her tips are both easy to implement and money saving too.
