Gary Raymond and guest critics review the Welsh arts and popular culture scene. This month he's joined by Professor Martin Johnes and composer and critic Steph Power to explore new comedy, new music and a new book that seeks to tackle that undying question of Welsh identity.

The panel give their views on the second season of The Tuckers - the valleys comedy from the pen of Steven Spiers, who also takes the lead role of hapless patriarch Glyn.

They also discuss the hotly anticipated new book from writer Richard King, Brittle with Relics which brings together a wide range of voices to tell the story of Wales in the second half of the twentieth century, from 1962 to the verge of devolution in 1997.

And they listen to Cate Le Bon's sixth studio album Pompeii. Recorded almost entirely in lockdown isolation with Le Bon playing most of the instruments, it鈥檚 a mixture of rousing pop and the familiar post punk claustrophobia of an artist both well intro her stride and always pushing the boundaries of her sound.
