The family of a man shot dead on Bloody Sunday say they will fight any move by the government at Westminster to go ahead with legacy proposals. Michael and Joe McKinney's brother William was 27 when he was shot and killed on Bloody Sunday. He was among 13 people shot dead by members of the Parachute Regiment as they took part in a civil rights March on the 30th January 1972. Yesterday, commemorations were held in the city exactly 50 years to the day sine the army opened fire.
