"The more I think of it the more I eat!"
Sean offers some advice to Mary, who says the more she thinks about losing weight, the more she eats.
"I need a bit of help!" says Mary. "I need to lose a bit of weight! The more I think about it the more I eat! Have you any tips?"
"Well, Mary, "Sean says, "I'm trying to lose a bit of weight too. I've got a bit of a belly. And what I do is I pick on something I eat too much of, like crisps, and I cut them out of my diet. You get into a routine, and lose that craving. Then target something else. Like ice cream. There's no point saying you're going to starve yourself... Try that, Mary, and make an appointment. See me on Thursday."
Stretch contacts the programme. "By replacing your tea or coffee with green tea you can successfully lose most of the enjoyment that's left in life."
With music from Buddy Holly, David Bowie, Status Quo, and more.
