Choosing his highlights, Gary Raymond looks back at a year in the Welsh arts and popular culture scene. "It's been a year of continued challenges, but a year when the fortitude and resilience of us all has meant lights in theatres have gone back up, innovation has borne fruit, and passions have been unleashed once again by artists, many of whom were forced to stay quiet the year before," says Gary.

"We have figured out how to get on; we鈥檝e figured out what the new normal, for now, will look like; we鈥檝e figured out how to remain connected, how to engage, indulge, and enrich ourselves through the power of art. In our Review of the Year, we take a look at the highlights of 2021, revisit some of the thoughts of my guests through the year, and even touch on a few things we weren鈥檛 able to give enough attention to on the show first time around for one reason or another."
