"My roof lifted about six inches!"
The Pawnbroker has to take action as his roof starts to lift in the wind.
"What's the weather like up in Derry?" says Pawnbroker.
"Not great," Sean says.
"One side of my roof on my lab lifted about six inches! I had to throw a concrete block up on top!"
The lab, Sean explains, is Pawnbroker's man cave, his little garden shed.
"I was up on the rooftop," says the Wee Car Park Worker, "and my back's freezing! Stay safe!"
"Councillor Coyle." says Pawnbroker, "I put 20 blocks on the roof of my lab! It's not a man-shed! It's fifty foot by twenty foot It's not a shed, like the Undertone's!"
"OK, sorry, sorry!"
With music from Neil Diamond, Bryan Ferry, John Fogerty, Racey, and more.
