James is one of the leading lights in UK techno, with a musical history that can be traced back to mid-80s electro and hip-hop. He formed Blueprint records in 1996 with the late Richard Polson. To celebrate its 25th anniversary are a series of releases from Ruskin and other featured artists. Alongside running the label he has also released 3 albums & multiple EPs on legendary Berlin techno label Tresor Records.
