This morning their guest is Samm Henshaw, a British soul singer we've loved since discovering his track 'Church' in early 2019. That song now boasts 17 million views online with Samm's work reaching a global audience. Before he heads off on another US tour he chats to Kate and Jason about his musical inspirations from soul, to gospel and hip hop, and the artists we should all be adding to our playlists for Black History Month. Plus he shares the role spirituality plays in his life and what we can expect from his long-awaited debut album, Untidy Soul.

Kate and Jason also meet a charity champion, literally going the extra (many) miles for charity Chris Laidlaw, who explains why he's running 12 marathons in one year to raise money for causes close to his heart.
