The evening edition of the programme includes My Favourite Hymn.

"I will sing the wondrous story".

A service led by the Rev'd Delyth Liddell, a Methodist Minister and Co-ordinating Chaplain at Cardiff University where - as elsewhere - the first week of teaching has just been completed at the start of a new academic year. For the past few weeks Delyth has been welcoming back familiar student faces and getting to know new ones, hearing their stories and listening to their hopes and fears for their time at university. "I find there is great power in listening to a story", says Delyth. In this service she considers how Jesus was not only a great storyteller but that his own story - that of his birth, life, death and resurrection - is the greatest ever told. It's a powerful story which has brought new life and healing to many, and significantly changed people's lives.

During the service we hear biblical readings from the Acts of the Apostles, including the story of Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus. Hymns include "Blessed Assurance", Will you come and follow me" and "We have a gospel to proclaim".

The evening edition of the programme includes My Favourite Hymn.
