The South African Artist and Tavern Kween delivers their take on experimental music, travelling from Mr Bungle to Klein with tracks from Moor Mother, Light Asylum and Eyedress in between. Desire Marea is based in Durban, South Africa, and was a founding member of Johannesburg collective FAKA alongside Fela Gucci. Their debut album Desire is released on the Mute label on the 6th of August. The album is an exploration of loss, displacement and the terrifying manifestations of love in the contemporary world.
