Radio 3 presenter and classical music writer Tom Service talks Steve through cooking his favourite dish and the music he listens to whilst making it. He'll need a hearty meal to keep him going through the busiest month in the classical music calendar, The 成人快手 Proms! With 52 concerts over 44 days, featuring 30 orchestras and ensembles and more than 2,000 musicians, the 2021 Proms will be broadcast live on 成人快手 Radio 3 and 成人快手 Sounds, with over twenty also shown on TV and iPlayer.

Steve also has the exclusive first play of a new single from Public Service Broadcasting. The innovative group are releasing their fourth album Bright Magic on 24th September via Play It Again Sam. It's an album in three parts; Building A City / Building A Myth / Bright Magic and is made with the intention of taking the listener to the capital of Germany, Berlin. It includes sounds that J. Willgoose, Esq. recorded during a nine month long stint living in the city. The band are set to tour the UK in October and November.

Plus there's soundtrack a classic news story in The National Anthem. There'll be new music, classic tracks, archive sessions and forgotten treasures.
