Huw Stephens sits in, with guest Mr Jukes
Huw Stephens sits in with a selection of great music and he hears from musician and producer Mr Jukes who shares his 'First, Last and Everything'.
Huw Stephens sits in and presents a selection of great music and chat.
Huw's guest today is singer, songwriter, musician and producer Jack Steadman AKA Mr Jukes. A founding member of indie band Bombay Bicycle Club, Jack released his debut solo album under the moniker Mr Jukes in 2017. It featured collaborations with a number of artists including De La Soul, Charles Bradley and Lianne La Havas. His latest album ‘The Locket’ is a collaboration with Barney Artist.
Mr Jukes shares his 'First, Last and Everything' - that’s the first record he owned, the most recent one he’s enjoyed and the record that means ‘everything’ to him.
Also on the show... Huw hosts regular RadMac features 'Breakfast Blend' - three tracks that make a great sonic blend - and 'The Chain' – a listener-chosen list of over 8000 interconnected songs.
Plus a finely balanced blend of new and old music, setting you up for a Sunday.
