Jamie鈥檚 guest on the show this week is the talented producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Rakei!

The NZ born, Australia raised modern soul artist has released three acclaimed albums since relocating to the UK in 2015. His signature sound, informed by years spent experimenting with samplers as a teenage beatmaker, blends jazz and hip-hop with his soulful vocals.

Jordan has put together the new edition of Late Night Tales - an iconic compilation series which is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2021, and has had a stream of musical heavyweights as guest curators over the years, from Floating Points and Four Tet to The Cinematic Orchestra.

Jordan鈥檚 picks include tracks by many of his friends and collaborators - ranging from virtuoso UK jazz musicians to tender singer songwriters. He鈥檚 also contributed several new recordings to the album, including touching Jeff Buckley and Radiohead covers.
