The PPS decision not to prosecute anyone in relation to the funeral of former senior IRA man Bobby Storey has caused a political storm with the first Minister Arlene Foster calling for the PSNI Chief Constable Simon Byrne to resign. The funeral in June 2020 attracted 2,000 mourners - including Deputy First Minister Michelle O'Neill - at a time when Covid restrictions were in place. With the Stormont Assembly being recalled from Easter recess to debate a motion of censure against Sinn Fein, and Mr Byrne insisting he won鈥檛 resign, where will NI鈥檚 politicians go from here?
