From Monday everyone arriving in Scotland on an international flight will have to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days. But the restrictions elsewhere in the UK aren't quite so strict and that's given rise to concerns about a potential loophole which could undermine Scotland's efforts. In response to this it’s been reported that the Scottish Government hasn’t rule out imposing border checkpoints.
