Get Me Out Of Here'. He tells Kate what the show, watched by millions, taught him about himself and how he's changed. Also on the show Kate meets another Charity Champion, whose story is guaranteed to warm the soul. Inspirational 17-year old Sebbie Hall, who was born with a chromosomal anomaly that has led to speech and learning difficulties, tells Kate how 1000 acts of kindness has helped him raise nearly twenty thousand pounds for loneliness and isolation charities.
