Coming from the seaside town of Bournemouth, the programme asks who is responsible when passengers鈥� valuables are stolen from a coach 鈥� after one Italian driver, supposed to be guarding the group鈥檚 belongings, popped out for a burger. There鈥檚 the bride and groom left waiting at the airport after their connecting flight was cancelled without anyone telling them. And at our pop-up shop, the airline passenger who can鈥檛 get his money back after having to fork out 拢400 for a taxi back home to Manchester when his flight was cancelled.
